Informetrics, it partners, or its assigns, will provide the following services: 1) Hosting of Data for Organizations and People Listed on the Directory, the Ad Rotator, and Text Ticker, 2) Access to update this information through an online Adminstrative interface, 3) Software Support for application malfunctions, 4) Remote Diagnostics on a basic level to determine the source of malfunctions, 5) first level facilitation of hardware support with equipment provider for hardware issues. Informetrics will not be responsible for the discontinuation of any services that may appear on the directories that Informetrics has no direct control over, such as Traffic, or similar services. Informetrics will not design or produce other content, upload content, provide upgrades, or add additional services for directories unless they are contracted as services as part of a separate Order, and payable as such.
Informetrics warrants that it will perform the Services in a manner consistent with industry standards reasonably applicable to the performance thereof. Warranties for any hardware sourced by Informetrics remain with the respective manufacturers/assemblers of the hardware. Service for hardware may be facilitated as part of the support program by Informetrics, or its assigns, however; Customer will be responsible for any repairs, maintenance, or replacement required to maintain the operation of the hardware. For products purchased through Informetrics, refer to the following chart for contact information:
1. Informetrics is not responsible for hardware equipment failure and does not directly provide hardware technical support. Informetrics can assist in troubleshooting the problem and facilitating contact with the manufacturer or authorized service facility for repair protocol.
2. Informetrics recommends contracting an Audio/Video Integrator or IT Services provider to connect all hardware components. Informetrics is not responsible for IT complications that arise from installation or any damage to hardware caused by installation or third party error.
3. Informetrics is not responsible for delay due to construction complications or third party equipment not purchased through Informetrics.
