Troubleshoot - FAQ

  • Check to be sure the touchscreen display is plugged into an active electrical outlet.
  • Be sure the touchscreen display is powered on.
  • Check to be sure the small form factor PC is plugged into an outlet.
  • Be sure the small factor form computer is powered on.
  • - The small form factor PC power light should be illuminated.
  • Be sure the touchscreen display is connected to the small form factor PC via a USB touch cable.
  • - Check to be sure there is a tight USB touch cable connection between the touchscreen display and the small form factor PC.
  • Check to be sure the InforCenter is physically connected to the internet via the Ethernet cable.
  • Contact your IT services provider or computer systems professional to troubleshoot your internet connection.
  • It is possible the small form factor PC has frozen. Restart the PC by pressing the PC power button for 6-8 seconds to turn it off. Then press briefly once again to turn it back on.
  • Be sure the touchscreen display is connected to the small form factor PC via a USB touch cable.
  • - Check to be sure there is a tight USB touch cable connection between the touchscreen display and the small form factor PC.
  • The small form factor PC may have experienced a problem while operating. Restart the PC by pressing the PC power button for 6-8 seconds to turn it off. Then press briefly once again to turn it back on.
  • The InforCenter checks for updates every 45 minutes. Please allow up to 45 minutes for updates to be reflected on the InforCenter.
  • If it has been more than 45 minutes, check to be sure your InforCenter’s internet connection has not been disrupted.
