One Oak Park Overview Located at 6002 Rogerdale Road, Houston, TX 77072, One Oak Park was built in 2009 and encompasses 153,342 square feet. Signage and Directory Lobby Directory: The InforCenter Touch Screen Digital Lobby Directory, located on the first floor between the elevators and the mailroom, offers interactive tenant and personnel search, real-time traffic updates, local weather, management contacts, and nearby amenities. Visitors can scan a QR code to access the InforCenter Virtual Building Directory on their smartphones. Suite Identification: Standard signage is permitted on or adjacent to the main suite entry door. Elevator Lobby Signage: Directional signs are located in front of the elevators on each floor, guiding visitors to tenant suites. On-Site Amenities The InforCenter Touch Screen Digital Building Directory lists amenities, including a fitness facility, available to tenants free of charge. To gain access, tenants can request entry through the Work Order System and complete the required Fitness Center Form. Tenants also have access to a multi-level parking garage based on their lease terms. Cleaning Services Standard janitorial services are provided Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) starting at 5:30 PM. Services include: - Emptying wastebaskets and replacing liners - Dusting cleared surfaces as needed - Vacuuming carpets and spot-cleaning minor stains upon request - Dust-mopping hard surface floors, wet-mopping as necessary - Cleaning sinks and counters in lunch and coffee areas - Cleaning elevators (interior/exterior) - Restocking common area restrooms To ensure efficient cleaning, janitorial staff are instructed not to disturb desktops or computers. For thorough dusting, please clear surfaces. If nightly cleaning is missed, notify Building Management for resolution. Special cleaning requests should be directed to the Building Management Office. Elevators One Oak Park features three passenger elevators and one freight elevator serving floors 1-6. - Each elevator is equipped with an emergency phone connected to the building’s monitoring company, which will notify security and management in case of emergency. - If an elevator malfunctions or stops, passengers should stay calm. Emergency power and telephones ensure assistance is available. - During emergencies, elevators may return to the lobby for emergency personnel. - Key Controls: - Alarm Button: Operated manually to signal a problem and ring the alarm. - Stop Button: Used only by authorized personnel. In case of a power outage, elevators will return to the lobby and remain out of service until power is restored. Security One Oak Park has a security system featuring an onsite guard Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The guard monitors Life Safety and Security systems, including perimeter doors. Building hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. During non-business hours, access is granted to tenants with an active Access Card and suite key. All access records are managed by the Building Management Office. One Oak Park is committed to environmental sustainability and offers the following tips to promote eco-friendly practices: - Optimize energy settings on computers and electronic devices, and shut them down at the end of the day. - Unplug printers, scanners, and copiers when not in use. - Turn off lights and A/V equipment when not needed. - Go digital to reduce paper use and opt for recycled materials where possible. - Reduce waste by using reusable containers and utensils. Group takeout orders to minimize packaging waste. By integrating these green practices, we can contribute to a healthier environment both in the workplace and at home.
