In 2013, Hines was engaged by Franklin Street Properties to manage a three-building office portfolio in the West Houston Energy Corridor, including The Offices at Park 10 Phases I and II. Both buildings feature all-glass lobbies equipped with InforCenter Touch Screen Digital Building Directories. These directories provide an interactive tenant directory, people search, real-time traffic and weather updates, local amenities, and property management contacts. Visitors can also use a QR code to access the InforCenter Virtual Building Directory directly from their smartphones without the need for an app. Phase I, located at 16285 Park Ten Place, is a six-story, 157,000-square-foot Class A office building. Phase II, located at 16290 Katy Freeway, is also a six-story, 157,000-square-foot Class A office building. Both buildings at The Offices at Park 10 feature an attached parking garage and are strategically positioned at I-10 and Park Ten Blvd. The Offices at Park Ten offers the following amenities all listed on the InforCenter Touch Screen Digital Building Directories: Hightower Deli - Located in Phase II, Suite 140, Hightower Deli offers breakfast and lunch with a wide selection of foods and beverages. - Full catering and delivery services are available, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Fitness Center - Exclusive to tenants, the Fitness Center is located in Phase I, Suite 130, and offers cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, and locker rooms with showers. - Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 7:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
