Both buildings feature all-glass lobbies equipped with InforCenter Touch Screen Digital Building Directories. These directories provide an interactive tenant directory, people search, real-time traffic and weather updates, local amenities, and property management contacts. Visitors can also use a QR code to access the InforCenter Virtual Building Directory directly from their smartphones without the need for an app. Phase I, located at 16285 Park Ten Place, is a six-story, 157,000-square-foot Class A office building. Phase II, located at 16290 Katy Freeway, is also a six-story, 157,000-square-foot Class A office building.
